My data has been compromised
I placed an order under guest rather than my account. Order not received. EBay account saying order never placed. Money taken! I had a message saying my data had been compromised! Help

Mentor3 years agoPurchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member (that is why it is not in your Purchase history). You will need to sign in using the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent you. Then you should be able to file a Returns Request.
Copy the link on this page. Log out of your account, then use the link to access your guest order.
