Mentor1 year ago@washingtonmusic01 You can not charge a buyer more shipping than stated on the listing. If you didn't create the listing with the correct shipping then unfortunately you will have to absorb the cost.
Be sure to ship with Signature Required on delivery as it is needed for tracking proof of delivery. Insurance is the for the seller, the buyer is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee if the guitar is lost or damaged in shipping. You will need to purchase insurance when you buy the shipping label if you want to be protected in case of loss or damage.
I would be sure to pack well, if you don't feel comfortable throwing it at least 4 feet and having another package land on it then you need more packing material. Insurance will not pay out on a claim if the packing was not good.
