My customer received the computer monitor I sent him on Nov. 1. On Nov. 4 he sent me a one sentence message: "Huge scratch on front of monitor". He included 3 pictures of a huge scratch on a monitor screen. The pictures were just of the scratch and did not show any other parts of the monitor.
