My credit card statement shows a $19 charge for an item not listed and which I do not have a record
a record of having purchased? I want to know if my account shows what that item was.

Mentor2 years agoIf the item is not on your Purchase history, is it possible you made the purchase as a Guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request.

OP2 years agoI did not have any charge listed as a guest. I did not make the purchase and my Visa card company has filed it as a fraudulent charge and is investigating the same.
