My country not listed as destination for item shipped through eBay Global Shipping Program
I'm trying to make a purchase, after making a bid and the seller accepting it, but cannot proceed with the payment process because my country is not listed among the Ships to, and eBay is telling my to contact the seller to request the shipping. Now, the seller is telling me they do international shipping via their local/regional eBay facility, but that they've never had this issue before and do not understand why all the countries aren't listed. They've instructed me to contact eBay and I guess this is the way to go about doing that; the AI agent certainly wasn't useful at all.
