My Counter Offer and Contacting Potential Buyer
Hi. Two questions:
(1) Do I have to wait for my counter offer to expire before selling to someone else?
(2) Can I message the person who made the original offer?

No, you do not have to wait to sell it to someone else.
No, you can not send messages to offerers.
