My case appeal was ruled in my favor and I was to be refunded but the refund was never issued.
As a seller I was recently awarded a refund based on a case review and was forwarded a message from eBay explaining that my refund appeal had been approved. After two weeks, my refund in the amount of over $700 has not yet been issued and the automated system now says that my case appeal is closed and can no longer be appealed. How am I able to contact an eBay representative to correct this error?
