My Card was lost in transit .. what do I do
It looks like my card was lost in transit and the buyer has requested a return. How do I get the buyers money back and my money back since the USPS lost the card?
Thanks,

For collector cards if you shipped via ESE (eBay Standard Envelope) then you file for reimbursement through eBay for cards up to $ 20 or multiple cards up to $ 50. Read about that hear: eBay standard envelope | eBay
So that you know, the ESE tracking code used is basically Metered Mail, meaning it is NOT door to door tracking so it will only be shown to be delivered to the Post Office in the zip code the customer resides in.
The handheld scanners at Post Offices and that carriers use will NOT scan that code.
For regular packages NOT shipped with ESE you would have it file a claim with the carrier for a lost package.
