My buyer wants me to reverse a charge after they paid and I shipped so they can use AfterPay.
My buyer contacted me after I packed and shipped the shoes I sold and asked me to reverse the charges because they meant to choose After Pay to make payments. Is there a way to change the payment method after a sale so I can help them out?

No, once a transaction is paid for it is complete on the front end payment. If you had not shipped it then you could have told the Buyer to message you request a cancellation. You could then cancel without penalty using the reason Buyer requested. Then you could Relist the item and the Buyer could purchase it again.
Sellers have NO power to reverse a charge nor does eBay facilitate that. Just let the Buyer know that is how eBay is set up ... you can use any part of this reply in communicating with your customer.
