My buyer reported package hasn't arrived. Then he did find the package. And my account is on hold.
My buyer reported package hasn't arrived. Then he did find the package. But the buyer doesn't know how to mark the item as received. And my account is on hold. I called eBay support. Transferred me 5 times, to no help at all. The customer stated in the chat that he received the item and didnt know how to mark the item received.
Why does the seller have no rights?
