My buyer purchased two items from different listings. She was able to use Amex on one
My buyer purchased two items, and different listings. The first one she was able to use American Express. The second one she wasn’t. She asked me if I could make it so that AMEX was acceptable, but since it’s now a purchased item, I can’t figure out how to get in and change the listing. I never selected to not except American Express. So frustrated, can anyone help?

Mentor2 years agoI would suggest using a different credit card. There are some items that cannot be paid for with American Express.
