My buyer purchased item and shipping label but the weight was off so i need to get a new label
My buyer purchased an item and eBay label, i packed the items and took to the post office and the weight is way off they won’t accept it i need to get a new shipppng label what do i do

On this page you can Cancel the original label and get credited for that cost in 21 days or less. You can also print a new label from here as well: Track and manage your shipments
You can also Print another label from the sold item in your Orders file.
