My buyer is trying to buy but says when she tried to check out it says to ask seller about shipping
Why does it say this? I selected free shipping.

OP3 years agoThank you. I called ebay and they said the buyer needs to delete their address and then add it back. It should update. The buyer is international.

·3 years agoI did not see any international option on at least one of your listings (an auction as I recall). If that was the listing the buyer was attempting to purchase, or if you have other listings without international, asking the buyer to change their address would have no effect.

they are getting a message that says seller won't ship to Singapore.

·3 years agoThat item is not set up for shipping to Singapore (it's not in the dropdown menu of countries it ships to). That might be due to some import/export restriction (real or imagined by the servers) that excludes it from the EIS program (Singapore is generally included) or in general.

I do see international shipping on that item, but Singapore is not on the list of supported countries. That means the item can not be shipped to Singapore, either because it is not allowed to be shipped into that country or because it is over the value limit that can be imported there. We have seen a lot of Singapore issues, so the import rules there must be more stringent than elsewhere.
