My buyer is being charged way too much for shipping

I sold a PlayStation controller today, and itâ€™s trying to charge my buyer over $90 shipping within the continental US. I calculated what it should cost on the USPS website and it was no more than $10-$20. Any ideas what I can do to fix this for my buyer?
