My Buyer has not received her Item via global shipping
We both know the tracking - this is not the issue for an item that is stuck somewhere in the US

OP4 months agoThank you for the detailed answer! It did arrive at the US hub safely. Its frustrating this information is not in all the information regarding items not received in the Global Shipping. Since I sent everything correctly - including messaging/replying to the Buyer I find there is nothing else I can do?
I will use the private message you suggest but its so confusing there is no-where on Ebay I can let them know I sent the item - confirmed the tracking given via Global Shipping is correct - it just hasnt arrived at the US destination after leaving the US hub! Very frustrating. Appreciate your help!

OP4 months agoYes - its somewhere in LA - I have tried to find the carrier but that's impossible. The buyer and myself are aware of the situation and agreed she should open a case. Now my hands are tied because I am unable to do anything but send her a message again via the case? It says we now have to wait 3 business days to contact Ebay to step in.

Mentor4 months ago@midcenturyindex If it didn't reach the EIS HUB in Illinois then the refund will come from you.
If it reached the hub safely then the refund will come from eBay.
The seller is responsible for refunds of items that are lost on the way to the hub.
You can wait for eBay to step in but if YOU are responsible for the refund then you will get a DEFECT and will not get your sellers fees back.

They will not be able to track packages for you any more than you can do yourself. You are just contacting them about the refund responsibility.
