My buyer DID receive item but ebay shows he did not!
My buyer has confirmed that he received the item. I have tracking records that show it was delivered. I have communicated with the buyer and he is very happy with the item.
Ebay's tracking show it has not been delivered and will not release my money. If I use the USPS we site for tracking it shows delivered. WHY isn't Ebay's tracking correct.
Just try to contact Ebay and get this fixed.. IMPOSSIBLE~! I am never using ebay again.

eBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. ALL new or infrequent Sellers will have their funds held for up to 30 days in the event your Buyer files a refund request. eBay shows you sold an item on January 1. Even if eBay tracking showed the item as successfully delivered, your payout will be held for up to 30 days, as is the case with all infrequent Sellers.
