Cancel the label and buy a new one for ups. The refund takes about 3 weeks. Be sure to let the buyer know that you had to change carriers.

Go to Track and manage your shipments in Seller Hub or Manage shipping labels in My eBay.
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.
