My bid was retracted by seller
I placed a bid on a Harley motorcycle. It was listed with no reserve, no buy it now and no mention in his description that he would end early if you messaged him with an offer. If I had known that, I would just skip ever placing bids and message sellers. Wby do we even have auctions then? After I placed my bid I was sent a message from ebay that I was hivh bidder. Later on ebay sent a message saying my bid was retracted. I followed the instructions from ebay to find out why my bid was retracted and it simply said seller retracted it. I sent the seller a message asking why and he said he sold it. This shouldn't be allowed. But anyway.

Vehicle sales on eBay Motors are always nonbinding … meaning either buyer or seller can walk away from the deal without penalty. I’m very sorry for your disappointment.
