My bank reports still no refund
A seller on eBay advertised an item as 1 thing. Received item clearly marked a 2 size difference. While messaging this person about said item my bank card was hacked. Went through all that goes with having to deal with card being compromised then Went through the difficult task sending it back. Asked phone support exactly how I was going to be refunded since card no longer works & I no longer trust eBay with new payment information, they assured me I'd receive a check. After I was informed that the seller received the item I again spoke with 2 different customer service representatives who say they never mail checks, that they are shocked anyone has said that & I was given false information. Last customer service representative stated my refund was sent to the now nonexistent card on December 13th & to go through my banking institution to release the funds. My bank has been informing me regularly that the refund has never arrived & is hindering me from disassociation from this company for safety reasonsĀ
