My address isn't accepted
I have tried to fix my address multiple times. I don't get an error message. It lets me submit, and when I go back, there is no updated address. Now that I have sold an item it says it is shipping from an old address that is in a completely different state. I don't know if I can use a label to ship that has a completely different state. The states are so far off, I know the shipping will be more expensive where I live now.
Isn't there a support team I can take this issue to??? Not a chat bot??? Not a customers helping customers page???

Note that when you create your first label after your address update you may still need to edit the Return Address on the create label page. The option is on the right side of the create label page. Click on EDIT below your "Ship from / Return to" address. Once changed it sticks till you change it again.
