My activity screen shows items from years ago THAT CANNOT BE HIDDEN. WHY? AND, when will you FIX IT.

OP2 years agoHow about a response from an ebay employee and not some "visionary"? Ebay, take responsibility for this software screw-up that you did. Admit it, and fix it. No response to a 20+ year customer is insulting.

OP2 years agoSo, do they read about their software problems and take steps to correct them, or do they just dismiss them and leave them to you "visionaries", who can do nothing to correct the problem? If the latter, then their support is just lip service.
By the way, I am not an "Enthuiast". I am beginning to despise ebay and their so-called "support".

OP2 years agoThat does not fix the problem. Suddenly, I have ttransactions from 3 and 4 years ago showing up. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN UNTIL RECENTLY. I want the **bleep** thing fixed.

Mentor2 years agoeBay has made some changes to Purchase History. As a result, older hidden items are no longer hidden, and the default view has changed. Only recent transactions have the option to hide.
Use a different link to view your purchases, such as this one:
https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/v2/purchase?filter=year_filter%3ALAST_60_DAYS&page=1&moduleId=122164...
Set the page to display what you want to see and hide what you want to hide, then bookmark the page and use the bookmark rather than eBay's link until eBay fixes the issue with the link.
