My account was restricted 2.5 months ago they sent my payout to wrong bank bank and t it back
My account was restricted and it will stay that way . I was selling things and then I was asked for all the receipts for everything I was selling . Which there was no way in the world I could come up with 20 years of receipts I had 100 percent awesome feedback and no returns but regardless . So I didn’t argue but they held a payout of 499.02 for 2 months . Then I had to close the bank account they had as the payout account and I called and told eBay . They told me to call back on June 15 and tell them . I did . They had already sent it to the account I had closed . That bank sent it back to eBay . Now I get an email everyday telling me to fix my payout account so they can pay me . I’ve called eBay everyday and they give me the run around everyday . Because my account is restricted I can’t change the bank account to pay out to . They won’t lift it for even 5 minutes to allow me to do that . So what is the protocol for this type of situation ? I can’t get anybody to give me a straight ansswet . I’ve been told to delete the app and reinstall it . I’ve been told I would get an email from eBay even tho I told them I have every morning . I just want to know how do I get my money . I have sent them so many emails on twitter I have done everything and nobody can tell me what to do . Please help me

·3 years agoAfter awhile, the money will be sent to your states unclaimed property and you'll be able to get it from them.

OP3 years agoWait what ? To my states unclaimed property ? I don’t know what that is ? Why can’t they just cut me a check amor allow me to put a new checking account where they keep asking me to update my account . I need this money .
