My account was blocked forever for no reason. this is a huge mistake
Hello, my name is Elina Eslon from Elitera LLC.
And I can’t believe that literally two days ago I lost my eBay account forever. After all, just last week we successfully passed your verification, providing all the documents. And I was so glad that my account was returned to me. And you wrote that you were also glad that I would be part of your platform. Imagine my surprise when I received your message about the blocking. eBay is the only platform on which I exhibited and sold things, because I fully share your policy such as: friendly communication with customers, quality products on my account, good service and fast delivery of goods. Understand, my eBay was everything to me: the only source of income, and I planned to further develop on this platform in order to grow together in such a cool community. My account has existed since October 2022 and you didn’t even indicate a specific reason for the lifetime ban. That's why I think this is just some kind of gigantic mistake. I’m shocked and upset, but I still don’t lose hope that everything can be fixed and this account can be unblocked. Please review my case. Let me know if you need any information from me.
