My account was banned for no reason!! How can I get it reinstated
Sold on eBay (not one complaint or return the whole year I sold) they suspended me and made me wait for 8 months to get my money ($894) from my sales. I owed no fees to eBay. The buyers were happy. No one asked for refunds or disputed anything. I got the money after 8 long months. And they tell me that I can never sell on ebay again. No explanation why or any way to fix it. I sell online as my job. I sell a lot!!! I was making good money and in turn making eBay money too as portion of my sales goes to them. It’s really affecting my business and my ability to sell products. I can never get anything resolved when I occasionally reach out to see if anything has changed with time passing by. Has this happened to anyone before and what did you do to rectify the problem and able to sell again on eBay?? Thanks in advance for your help!

Mentor11 months ago@patrtho-8686 you DO have complaints and unhappy buyers as seen in your feedback, so don't know why you stated the opposite in your post.
What does your seller hub dashboard look like?
eBay does NOT suspend/restrict accounts for NO REASON. They state the reason(s) in the message sent to you and give instructions on how to proceed.

In looking at the feedback you received from your Buyers, it seems you were given several negatives and neutrals for either slow or non delivery. That may be why you were suspended.
In this forum we are not able to look up your account details. If you were permanently suspended, there is really nothing you can do.
