my account user not found
@ link to members Hello, i was wondering if anyone has experience this message when clicking on your user name "user not found'. i am logged onto my account but it says user not found. i am not a seller in this matter.

I'm still waking up and should have asked if you checked your address bar when you received the message? Sometimes when looking at a foreign seller's other items for sale, you get directed to their country's ebay site. While logged into that site, your info would not be able to be found.
Since you are now on the U.S. site's community, click on your feedback number, then look in the upper right of the page that opens Hover your cursor over My ebay or just click on it if you use the app. From your my ebay page you can access all of your lists, Purchases/Orders, Watched items, Offers, messages etc.

OP1 year agoI've checked the address bar when i clicked on my user name it still shows as the US base website when that message pops up, but i did see what you said. I am able to see all the things you've listed when i hover over My Ebay. I really do appreciate your help.

I clicked on your feedback number (19) and was able to see your buying feedback. So you still are a registered user,
We need a bit more info on where you are clicking on your username and what info you are trying to find to answer your question.

OP1 year agoHi and thank you for your response. When i am on the main page of ebay, when i click on the top left when it will say HI! then your name, i would click on my user name next to the feedback. i did notice that i am still able to see my feedback but when i click on my username next to the feed back number thats when the message would pop of "user not found". i hope this helps.
