My account payment options vanished
When I tried to buy something from eBay, all my payment options -- credit cards and paypal -- were cleared. When I started a customer service chat, they wanted information from my account.
When I asked for something to indicate a real person instead of a bot, and suggested something simple that I'd accept, they just laughed and asked for information from my account again. This happened several times before I dropped it.
Now I'm not comfortable adding my credit card info back into eBay. Not sure how this can be resolved.

OP3 years agoThanks, that worked. Wonder what took all of the payment options away?
I can't say that I was impressed with the customer service response, though. Long as it's back now, I guess.
