My account is suspended under MC011 after uploaded invoices and other Documents.

I'm contacting you regarding the restriction on my eBay account. I recently uploaded all the requested documents, including authentic invoices and my identity verification documents, as requested. However, my account has still been restricted.
I'm very stressed and disappointed by this decision because I have been a trustworthy eBay seller for several years and have always tried to comply with eBay's policies.
My buyers have been satisfied with their purchases, and I have always worked to provide good service and comply with eBay's policies. The health of account is also good with almost 97 percent of positive feedback.
Please guide me how can I restore my selling previllages. I also contacted with eBay agent via live chat but worthless. Hope so someone help me soon in this situation. Thanks.

An MCO11 is very hard to come back from.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
