My account is restricted and I don't know why?

I need help. I can't find out why my account is restricted. I have looked in messages like it asked and there is no message. I have bought payed for everything I have bidded on. It makes no sense. I can't find a way to message eBay to get help. I have tried the automated help service and I just go around and around. Can someone please help. Thanks

Help Page and error message writers seem not to communicate with each other, and use the word "restriction" differently. There is at least one error message you get when you reach a buying limit (common for new users, and sometimes for older users) that uses the term to simply mean that you reached a limit. The Help Page for limits and restrictions suggests it is connected to policy violations and you get an email/message in your inbox explaining the problem (which is probably a bit of a fib--the messages tend to be way too vague to pin down to any particular problem).

What EXACTLY does the error message you are getting say?
