My account is restricted
This morning, I received an email informing me that my account's selling privileges have been restricted due to BBE. Please provide assistance to reinstate my account. I am shipping all the items and ensuring the buyer gets them on or before the expected delivery date. I also provide full support to buyers where there is an issue.
I request that you please help on this asap.

Apparently many overseas selling accounts are being restricted by eBay for various issues.
