My account is restricted
I recently started an eBay account, I posted an item and it was taken down immediately. The item is unique and created by me, sold from my home. I sent proof of my identity and any other information that was required, but I still got banned. I have no idea what I did wrong or how I violated eBay rules.

After further review, we have determined that your account poses a risk to the eBay community and have therefore reached the final decision that we are restricting your account.
Building a trusted marketplace is our first priority. As such, we restrict any account that poses a risk to that trust. Your account has been restricted because the pattern of activities we have witnessed presents a risk to our eBay community.
This restriction is permanent. You will not be able to participate in any buying and/or selling activities and can no longer communicate with any member during the restriction on eBay. In addition, any other accounts you own or that are associated with this account will also be restricted.
While I know this is not the response you wished to receive, there is no further opportunity for appeal on this decision.
I trust I have provided you the resolution and all the information available to address the issue while referring to our existing policies. Thank you for using eBay Customer Service.
I have received several messages like this from eBay and I don't understand, I never get a straight answer. I wish they would just be straight with me. Anybody else have this problem?
