Hi there,I hope you're doing well.I'm stopping by to see if you can help me...My account was suspended and I don't know why; it says I have a pending payment, but I don't have anything like that. I don't know how to reactivate my account.I'd appreciate any help you can provide.Thanks.

I see you are located in Venezuela ... try using the Help & Contact link or the Question mark link in the lower right of your eBay page (if there is one there). The other option is to reach out to eBay via Instagram. We are not eBay here nor do we have account access.

You can contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
