My account is Below Standard- But why? Ebay made a mistake on my account, I think. Please advise.
Hello, I need help on disputing a claim with Ebay. Ebay is stating that my account is below standard. This was primarily due to cancelling items that were for sale via auction. My client at the last minute changed his mind and I had to cancel them (to make my inventory last longer on Ebay).
This wasn't my fault and Ebay is penalizing this matter. They are taking an extra 6% Below Standard Fee and limiting the amount of items and income cap I can have every month.
As a brief background, I have sold thousands of items via my Ebay store and have a large clientele. My feedback is really good (98.4% positive feedback since 2018).
