My account history disappeared.
After using eBay frequently for over 25 years, I received an email saying "You're In. " that assigned me a new username. When I tried to use my existing username and password, the account has been wiped: no purchase history, watchlist, favorite sellers, etc. The online customer service system says I need to talk to a person. When I call, the voice mail system says I need to get my answers online.
How can I recover my account?

Mentor2 years agoIt looks like you registered a new account. That will happen if you click on the icon for Facebook, Google and I don't remember the other option. Log out of this account, and then log into the account you have been using for the past 25 years.
