my account has temporarily restricted from selling and buying on eBay
When I try to list my first product ,I received a message from ebay that my account has temporarily restricted from selling and buying on eBay and I should go Help & Contact page . When I go Help & Contact page for solution the automated assistant telling me go to your messages for next steps,but the message from e bay says go to Help & Contact page.
There is no information about what is the problem or what are the next steps.I don’t know what to do.Can anybody please help me about this situation?
