My account has had a negative/credit balance for years and Ebay is impossible to contact.
My account has had a negative/credit balance for years and Ebay is impossible to contact. The absolute garbage company that Ebay is send me an email every single month telling me they owe me $40.00 (my account has a -40.00 credit balance). I have no further business to conduct on Ebay (and never will again in the future) and I simply want my 40 bucks that is mine and should be given back to me... How in the eff do I actually get Ebay to process the credit and give me my **bleep** money back????? Why is it literally impossible to talk to anyone at this garbage company to make this happen????

All you need to do is ask customer service to refund the credit.
The easiest way to do this is to post a private message on social media. www.facebook.com/ebay www.twitter.com/ebay
To speak to customer service, use the link on the left side of this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4002&st=10
If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.
