My account has been temporarily restricted. On the help page it says that the details are in the Messages, but this is what it says below:

Please get in touch as soon as you can by going to the Help & Contact page below and selecting Contact Us. We’ll just need to ask you a few questions to verify your account so you can get back up and running again. If we don’t hear from you within 7 days, your account may be at risk of being suspended.

I cannot request a call either as they only call to the United States and Canada. My account will be blocked in 5 days now, and I have no clue what to do.
