My account has been frozen
I don't actually live in the USA, but I would like to sell on eBay.com. Now eBay has frozen my account, and I am supposed to contact eBay. However, I can only find the option for the chatbot, which only offers the option of a phone call. I can only provide a Canadian or American phone number, but I don't have a number for either of these countries. Does anyone know how else I can contact eBay? Thank you very much and best regards.

Where do you live. You chose the US.
You can contact eBay's Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter.
Find how to send eBay a private message on https://Facebook.com/eBay or https://Twitter.com/AskeBay
If you don't have an account, you have to make one. Facebook is the easiest.

·1 year agoWell, you have to change the country into Germany and sell wherever you want.
For contacting eBay Germany, go to: https://www.ebay.de/help/eua?id=5275&mkpid

OP1 year agoI can't change that anymore. Under personal info, owner name, the filed (country) is grey marked and not editable

OP1 year agoAlright, but you're sure they can help me? As the account was created at ebay.com and not ebay.de

·1 year agoYes, I think they can.
And if not, you can use social media like I told you in post 2.
