I ship out my orders I confirmed the tracking and order number and I have a payout I can not get how do I get my account reinstated my next step is getting a lawyer involved

New/infrequent sellers are subject to payout holds for possibly up to 30 days.

If Ebay restricted you, it may be because you did not provide the required information to Ebay.

According to Ebay:

Registration holds: We may hold payouts if we identify a discrepancy with the information you provided at registration. If your account is restricted, we'll notify you by email with a request for additional information. For more information on how to verify your identity, see our article on registering as a seller
