My account got permanently banned
I tried to setup a selling account and my account was banned. Called customer service and they said they put a permanent ban on my account with no chance to appeal. I don't understand how I could have triggered this.
- I haven't used third-party services to access ebay
- I don't have an additional account that was banned
- I have made verified purchases
Would like to hear if anyone else has this experience and what they might have done to fix it?

Send a private message with your name, ebay user ID, email address, and briefly explain your problem. Someone will contact you in a couple of days.
