My account continues to say restricted even though I've done everything that it has asked me to do a
What do I need to do to get this problem resolved. I have done everything that has been asked of me I've updated all information verified all information the account still says restricted. I understood it would take a longer period of time for the funds to become available because I was new to eBay however the client was happy with his purchase it has been a week I still have not received my payment what do I need to do this has been impossible I don't think I will ever use eBay again.
