Why ebay is blocking my account to sell? this is not right since I am a good customer of e-bay for many years and I have 100% feedback responses

Make sure the name on your checking account matches the name on your ebay account exactly. If needed add a middle initial or middle name if needed.
Make sure your registered address is a physical address and not a P.O. box. You can change it later after you are in Managed Payments.
