OP3 years agoI need some information from my purchasing history. When I go to that site, it says "no orders found". Same with other areas in My Ebay account.

Use the Help and Contact link on the eBay page and request a call back.
You can tell us here what info you are having trouble with ... depending on what it is you may get an answer quicker. We do not have access to your account nor are we trying to get any personal info from you BUT, for certain settings many here have answers.
