    How can I get eBay to acknowledge my purchases.They say they have no record of any purchases within the last month.Yet I don’t understand how I got so many emails about this purchase if they don’t have any records of my purchase.I just don’t understand how they can do this

    Is it possible that you made the purchase as a guest?


    Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email.
