Hello, I have a problem. Ebay is on my phone, Jodi something is the username. I have no idea what that is. It doesn't recognize any of my emails or passwords, I can't sign in to change anything. I can't contact anyone. I just want to get in to change or update all personal information so that I can sell. I don't know if I can get you response but please somebody try. Thank you so much

Mentor2 years agoDoes anyone else use your phone? Did you sign in to eBay using a different method recently?
The eBay account you are currently signed in to was created two years ago, and has two feedback for purchases in the last year.
If this is not the eBay account you normally use, sign out of this account and sign back in using your original username and password.
