It could mean you bought it as a "Guest" - not logged in to this ID when purchased.

Find the Dec 29 email confirmation from eBay that will link to the order and you can view the shipping, tracking, estimated delivery.

If it was a Guest order, sign out of this ID completely first before trying to open the Guest order
