Muzzleloader parts listing got removed from eBay
Had listed parts for a flintlock muzzleloader and the listing has been removed due to it being a "rifle" and "firearm". Was this wrongful removed due to some ai **bleep** or someone reporting the listing?
Technically speaking, according to ATF definition, a muzzleloader is neither a firearm nor a rifle and is not recognized as one. And therefore is not regulated as one, you can very well go online yourself, you can buy a cap and ball revolver, have it shipped directly to your door. But I also understand eBay is eBay and they can set their own rules, seems alittle harsh for parts whereas you can buy complete muzzleloaders from other sites.

Here is the official statement for selling anything firearm related:
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/firearms-accessories-policy?id=4277&st=3&pos=1&query=Firearms%20and%20accessories%20policy&intent=Selling%20firearm%20parts&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1180
This part in particular may help:
Listings for firearms parts and accessories that we allow must follow these guidelines:
Examples of allowed firearm parts and accessories:
That said, the site probably auto-flagged the listing based on how the title was worded or specific things said in the listing. Go over those things above and see if its anything you can adjust to fit within the policy, providing what you are selling is permitted as shown above.
Good luck!
