You're not supposed to list items you're not in possession of. You're going to earn a defect on your account one way or another.
You'll need to apologetically explain to the buyer that shipping will be delayed and ask if he wants to wait or receive a refund. If he says he wants a refund, then cancel the transaction and choose Item out of stock as the reason.
