Multiple tax EIN
I have an estate with a Tax EIN and a block and mortar with a Sales tax number and EIN. And would like to sell items from both entities on eBay. Can I combine both under one store? (on eBay)
The sales tax for the estate items will be under the collectable threshold for ID being an heir.

You can not sell under 2 tax IDs on the same eBay ID. You need to open a second ID for the estate. Your name will be the same as the name on the checking account you open(ed) for the estate distribution - the 2 names must match exactly for payouts to be processed.
If you have your main ID set up with your tax exemption, you should also open a 3rd ID for purchases you make that are not exempt.
