Multiple shipping labels
On one of my orders for a single item, I was charged for four different shipping labels. Obviously this severely lowered my profitability. Why did this happen?

Mentor1 year agoDid you happen to click on the Print button multiple times? Each time you click, you are charged for the shipping label.
Go to Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the extra labels, and you can cancel/void them. Double check the tracking numbers so you don't accidentally void the label you will be using. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined the labels were never used.
