Multiple Shipping Labels

Question

I had two shipping labels generate for an item I sold, I used the less expensive one (they were for different package sizes but for the same item) my question is, will the cost of both shipping labels be taken out of my funds, or just the one I actually used to ship the item? Thank you!

Hi @amachris7 You should VOID the one that you're not using before it's too late: How long you have to void a shipping label depends on the shipping service you used. USPS: You have 5 days to void a USPS shipping label that you printed on eBay, and it can take up to 21 days for USPS to approve or reject the refund. If it's approved, you'll receive an email that you have been refunded UPS: You have 5 days, or 120 hours from creating the label, to void the label on eBay for a refund FedEx: You have 5 days, or 120 hours from creating the label, to void the label on eBay for a refund eBay Standard Envelope: The labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. Please review the terms and conditions here . Here's how: Go to Manage shipping labels . Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Void Label . Choose your reason for voiding the label. Select Send request .
